Maison Castanié is a French-inspired lifestyle store, deli and coffee shop on the banks of the River Dee in Royal Deeside.
Founded by husband and wife Marc and Claire Castanié, we've gathered a considered collection of things for the home, the table, and the every day, and come autumn, things to wear. All to be enjoyed slowly, and returned to often.
We're a neighbourhood destination, not a convenience stop. A curated space, not a product-led store. Somewhere to come back to, not just visit.
We believe in fewer, better things. In craft, provenance, and materials that age well. In coffee made carefully and conversation across the counter. The things we sell are the things we'd choose for our own home - chosen with care for how they're made, who made them, and how long they'll last.

We believe in joy, too. In long lunches, slow mornings and the small pleasures of a good baguette. In gathering - around food, around tables, around the things that make a house a home.
Most of all, we believe in community. Maison Castanié is for everyone who walks through the door - locals popping in for a coffee, neighbours stopping by with the dog, visitors making a slow afternoon of it. There's a place here for all of us.
